How It Works
I typically work with clients anywhere from three months to three years. Several have worked with me for more than five years, and one has been with me since 2015.
Coaching takes place face-to-face in my office in Aachen or Maastricht, at your location, or virtually.
All compensation is paid prior to the first session and is non-refundable.

With twenty-six years of leadership and coaching experience across IT, Tech, Medtech, Industry, and Logistics, I bring the depth of real-world experience and the perspective of a seasoned coach. There's no theoretical mambo jambo; my coaching is highly practical and rooted in real life and results. I am known to see where others don't look, and I will tell you precisely what you need to hear from a place of deep care. No matter who you are.
Since 2009, I’ve built my practice purely on results and referrals—without marketing or sales gimmicks. Along the way, I’ve invested over €100,000 in my own development, challenging and transforming every part of my life and business.

Investment & Access
I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure quality, depth, and lasting results.
- Long-term agreement: 9-12 months
- "Game Changer" agreement: 6 months
- "Clarity" agreement: 3 months
Additionally, I offer 2-day private coaching sessions either on-site or in my coaching office.
Fees range from €8,000 to €45,000 depending on the scope of work.
Sessions typically last between 30 and 60 minutes
